Boosting Nepal Tourism

No doubt tourism is the major industry for the income in Nepal but this industry has been flattened after the devastating earthquake of April 25, 2015 and several strong aftershocks. Nepal is a small landlocked Himalayan country located between two giant nations India and China offers much for the quality tourists, such as trekking, sightseeing tours, mountaineering, hiking, mountain biking, rafting, jungle safari and many more.

After the earthquake and Indian unofficial economic blockade, the country was badly affected and the nation's second largest revenue generating industry became feasible. Now nation is reviving and there is a future projections that more tourists will be visiting the nation and the industry will be revived.

For the revival of the tourism industry, aggressive promotion and marketing is needed in the current situation and the first step should be taken by Government, Tourism Board and officials to make the world know that Nepal is safe to visit and as beautiful as before.
